Here at Burke Onsite Computer Solutions, we provide various technology services onsite and at our repair shop in Valdese, NC. We are known in our community for being fast, honest, dependable and friendly. We have been recognized by the Morganton New Herald for the best Best in Burke for Burke County computer repair and Morganton computer repair.

Our repair shop is located in Freedom Plaza at 123A Wamsutta Mill Road in Morganton, NC.

We have provided morganton computer repair services in Burke County, Catawba County, Caldwell County, and Mcdowell County for over ten years.

All of our techs are very knowledgeable have been with us over seven years! All of our technicians are Dell certified.

The Begining

Burke Onsite Computer Solutions was started in 2002 with very humble beginnings. It was born with a single screwdriver, a $20 yellow page ad, a very supportive wife and family, and a desire to provide a onsite technology support business that was trustworthy, fast, efficient and affordable.

Seventeen years later, with the help of a team of knowledgeable, dedicated technicians and very loyal clients, we have grown to be the biggest technology support business in western North Carolina.

Milestones

2002 – Burke Onsite Computer Solutions was born. First client was the Morganton Housing Authority with a receipt printer issue.

2004 – Brandon Richards became a partner as a network engineer and the scope of services we provided increased greatly as well as our client list. Burke Onsite also became incorporated.

2006 – Ben Richards joined the team as our Commercial/Residential Onsite Technician.

2007 – David Pope came on board as our Commercial Help Desk Technician.

2008 – All Technicians became Dell Certified Technicians. We also joined the Dell Partner Network.

2009 – Burke Onsite became a Microsoft Partner.

2011 – A brand new facility was purchased in Freedom Plaza located in Morganton, North Carolina and outfitted with a state of the art technology work bench and office.

2012 – We made a big investment in technology infrastructure and implemented a offsite backup data center which backs up our clients mission critical data on four different media devices, storing up to 20 days of back ups.

2014 – Implemented a Internship Program allowing college students the opportunity learn about the information technology field.

2019 – Josh Johnson joined the team a works full time as a IT Specialist for a large healthcare client,

Yes. We offer Dell Certified refurbished computers.

Will you buy my computer?

No. We do not buy used computers.

Do you come to my home or business?

Sure. Usually the same day! Often within the hour of the call!

Do you have a repair shop where I can bring my computer?

We invoice businesses (Net 15) – Shop repairs are paid when picking up.
