Burke Onsite Computer Solutions was started in 2002 with very humble beginnings. Its was born with a single screwdriver, a $20 yellow page ad, a very supportive wife and family, and a desire to provide a onsite technology support business that was trustworthy, fast, efficient and affordable.
Thirteen years later, with the help of a team of knowledgeable, dedicated technicians and very loyal clients, we have grown to be the biggest technology support business in western North Carolina.
2002 – Burke Onsite Computer Solutions was born. First client was the Morganton Housing Authority with a receipt printer issue.
2004 – Brandon Richards became a partner as a network engineer and the scope of services we provided increased greatly as well as our client list. Burke Onsite also became incorporated.
2006 – Ben Richards joined the team as our Commercial/Residential Onsite Technician.
2007 – David Pope came on board as our Commercial Help Desk Technician.
2008 – All Technicians became Dell Certified Technicians. We also joined the Dell Partner Network.
2009 – Burke Onsite became a Microsoft Partner.
2011 – A brand new facility was purchased in Freedom Plaza located in Morganton, North Carolina and outfitted with a state of the art technology work bench and office.
2012 – We made a big investment in technology infrastructure and implemented a offsite backup data center which backs up our clients mission critical data on four different media devices, storing up to 20 days of back ups.
